She later fell in love with Vinyasa yoga, drawn to its dynamic nature, fluidity and focus on connecting movement with breath.

Practice:
Life is both a physical and spiritual journey, one that asks us to keep moving; sometimes
forward, sometimes sideways, and often in a completely new direction. It’s about taking
steps, whether they’re bold strides or gentle course corrections, to align with our true selves. I know this journey well; it’s the foundation of my story and the heart of my holistic practice, Rian Coise.
For years, I worked as a Secondary School Art teacher, a role I really loved at first. But over time, I began to feel stuck, as though I was living a life that no longer reflected my authentic self. I knew I needed a change, though I had no idea what that change would look like. What I did know was that I had to take a step, even if it was just one small,
uncertain step.
That decision to take a career break became a turning point in my life. It set me on a path of self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and a deeper understanding of my own potential.
Along the way, I often found myself returning to a poem my mother recited to us as children—a poem her mother had shared with her. Its opening line, “One step and then another…”, became my mantra. It reminded me that even the longest journey begins with a single step, and that movement, any movement, was the key to breaking free from stagnation.
That first step led me to Reflexology, a practice that felt like a natural extension of my own healing journey. With a foundation in holistic practices like daily meditation and yoga, I already understood the profound connection between mind, body, and soul. Reflexology deepened that understanding, allowing me to use my hands as tools to help others heal.
When someone sits on my treatment table, they’re not just offering me their feet—they’re sharing their story, their journey. It’s a privilege to hold that space for them, to help them take their own healing steps, no matter where they are on their path.

Bio
I am a busy mother of four children and have worked in finance most of my career.
However, I always had a fascination for Complementary and Holistic Therapies, so becoming a therapist was the natural progression for me.
In 2018, I finally achieved my dream in creating Equilibrium Holistic Therapies, with the aim to provide physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing to all who entrust me with their care.
I mainly work in people’s homes but found a greater demand for the peace and quiet that a room would provide, a haven from the burdens of a busy life for the time of a treatment.
I am very happy to join the team at Four Swans Therapy & Wellness and am privileged to offer you the following treatments:
Reflexology: Ideal to improve the functionality of many organs, help in rebalancing hormonal functions, relieve stress.
Holistic Massage: A relaxing way to relieve tensions and stress from your body.
Massage using TNC: TNC is a method developed by a French Osteopath that uses the skin as a GPS to locate all tensions and blockages (physical and energetic). I have integrated this method to my massages to target problematic areas and help your body find its natural balance.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage: Gentle massage of areas of the body to help move lymph fluid in order to aid with conditions such as water retention, post-surgery swelling, build of cellulite or to simply relax.
I believe that there is a therapy to suit each and everyone, and I am hoping to develop my knowledge in the years to come so I can provide you with the care that suits your needs.

Yuki is a hypnotherapist, RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) practitioner, and registered yoga instructor specialising in weight loss and addiction recovery – helping clients overcome challenges with sugar, alcohol and cocaine.
Yuki also creates and hosts immersive workshops and retreats that integrate mind-body healing.
