The centre has ample free parking and is facilitated by a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, in addition to 2 WCs, office space and storage cupboards for therapy aids.
Please note that the centre is located on middle and top floors of a three storey building and unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility issues the majority of our therapy services are also available online.
The spaces
All of our therapy spaces are designed with the utmost comfort and confidentiality in mind for both our therapists and clients. All room are available to rent from 9am to10pm Monday to Sunday. The centre is fully insured for public liability and is fire safety compliant.
Inis Glora
Inis Glora is our multi purpose studio designed as an ambient space for yoga, pilates and sound healing and comfortably accommodates up to 15 people lying down.

Conn is a more intimate space designed for one to one counselling and psychotherapy support.

Aodh is a slightly smaller therapy room and has a mobile plinth that can be removed from the room making it very versatile as either a holistic therapy or talk therapy/consultation space.
