Jen (she/they) is an IACP pre-accredited integrative psychotherapist pursuing a Master’s in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
She offers a warm, non-judgmental, supportive space for those seeking healing and personal growth. Her approach draws on a blend of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic insights, behavioural approaches, and somatic techniques. This allows her to tailor the work to each individual's unique needs and experiences.
Jen works with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and inner child work. As a trauma-informed therapist, she is particularly attuned to how past experiences shape present difficulties, helping clients move towards healing at a pace that feels right for them.
She is passionate about creating a truly inclusive space, where every aspect of a person's identity is honoured and respected. Jen provides LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapy, offering support to those navigating gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. In addition, she specialises in supporting parents of transgender and neurodivergent children, helping them navigate the unique challenges and joys of supporting their kids in living their most authentic lives.
At the heart of her work is a deep dedication to helping clients connect with their true, authentic selves. Jen is committed to walking alongside them on their journey of self-discovery, supporting them in overcoming challenges and embracing the fullness of who they are.
As well as individual client work, Jen will also be offering group support to parents of transgender children.
