Tiernan
Tiernan offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space for adults (18+) to explore whatever they may be facing. He works with individuals experiencing a range of emotional and personal difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, stress, anger, and life transitions. Whether things feel overwhelming, unclear, or difficult to put into words, you are welcome to bring whatever is going on for you.
His approach is pluralistic, meaning that therapy is tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. He draws from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Choice Theory, working collaboratively to find what best supports each client.
Tiernan holds a degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Human Resources, and completed his MSc in Psychotherapy at IICP. As a pre-accredited member of IACP, he is committed to ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and providing ethical, client-centred support.
Sessions are available both in person and online
