James
James Boylan is a pre-accredited Psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling
and Psychotherapy (IACP), currently in his final year of training.
His approach is warm, person-centred, and tailored to each individual. He recognises that
every person’s experience is unique and aims to create a space where clients feel heard,
understood, and respected.
Areas of interest include:
Anxiety, Stress & Workplace Challenges
Neurodiversity, including ADHD & Autism
Self-Esteem and Self-Compassion
LGBTQI+ Affirming
Grief & Loss
Alongside his training, James works in the area of Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Health
Education, delivering talks and workshops across Ireland.
