Antonia
Antonia is both founder and Managing Director of Four Swans Therapy and Wellness. She is a fully Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (BSc Hons).
She is also a Menopause Wellness Practitioner and member of the International Menopause Society. Her session fee is €75
Antonia has a particular interest in women’s reproductive health and supports her clients through fertility challenges, pregnancy and postnatal transitions, and through perimenopause and menopause.
She offers compassionate, evidence-based counselling to help women navigate both the physical and emotional changes of these life stages, supporting emotional regulation, mental wellbeing and overall quality of life.
She also provides specialist support to individuals and families who are affected by cancer, offering psychological care to help clients cope with diagnosis, treatment, lifestyle changes and the emotional complexities of chronic illness.
In addition, Antonia supports clients who are experiencing grief and bereavement, holding a gentle, empathic space to process loss and begin healing.
Together with Four Swans co-founder Helen, Antonia is deeply committed to fostering a safe, confidential and welcoming environment for all who attend the Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Centre in Duleek.
