Classes are suitable from 14 weeks and are crafted with holistic approach in mind.
They will support you throughout the changes and challenges of pregnancy, provide a space for
proactive preparation, deep relaxation and rest.
Classes are suitable for all levels, packed with useful tips for daily life in pregnancy, preparation for
birthing and postpartum.
Bring your own blanket, pillow, bolster and anything that helps you to feel comfortable.
