How Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd Works with Clients
Hours of work
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd works various hours during the week depending on each therapist and their availability. When booking your appointment, you will be allowed to choose hours that are available.
Contacting Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd respects that everyone uses different platforms and works different hours. They will review all emails daily (depending on availability) and respond to any queries within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday.
Working with clients
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd works with many different clients. We offered a wide range of services that are listed on the website.
Storing Personal Data
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd respects confidentiality, transparency, and privacy. All notes/forms that are completed during the course of the contract are kept for seven years and upon this date they will then be deleted. If a client re-engages with Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd within this time period, then the seven-year period will start again after their last contact. The client always has access to their records and can request copies of same under a Data Subject Access Request. Please note that this request should be sent to info@fourswans.ie
Rates and Fees
Fees are stated at the start of therapy. Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd reserves the right to make periodic adjustments to the fee of the service and will give you notice of any changes to your fees. Payment for consultations are processed when making a booking.
Please note that we do not offer credit facilities.
Cancellation Policy
You will be notified of the appropriate cancellation policy by your chosen therapist once an appointment is made. Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd does not govern the length of time that is required where a cancellation is made.
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd does have a cancellation policy of 24 hours’ notice for low-cost therapy sessions. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, payment is required except for exceptional unexpected circumstances.
Complaints
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd works in an open and transparent manner. If you feel that the service that has been provided has not been satisfactory, please email us on info@fourswans.ie.
Non-Competition
The education materials supplied by Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd (including all website content and content supplied at workshops and seminars) are of a confidential nature. From time to time, Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd may use examples of work they have created or businesses that they have worked with to illustrate educational points.
Any attempt by the Customer to enter the markets that Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd operate in after gaining possession of such educational materials will be classed as entering into competition with Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an essential part of all our services and Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd will always operate with the highest standard of security and confidentiality. Please see our contract for further explanation on this area.
Protection of Intellectual Property

limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such content, contained on the website is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd.

Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd does have affiliates. Each therapist has their own contract with us and are not an employee of Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd. Each therapist pays a fee to advertise their services on our website and Four Swans Therapy and Wellness only operate to facilitate a booking and room rental service. Please contact each therapist directly if you have any specific questions and we are not liable for any inaccurate information that is contained in the advertisements on our website.
Legal Advice
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd reserves the right to consult with their legal advisors in all cases of court orders for access to personal records and/or all other information requests.
Where other names have been mentioned through the course of the sessions with Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd then they reserve the right to redact these names on all shared documentation.
Disclaimer
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd practitioners will only provide services that are within their professional capabilities, competence and role as a private provider of mental health services. If treatment needs are identified that are outside of this scope your practitioner will endeavour to assist you identify suitable alternative providers.
Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Ltd is not an emergency service. We are not able to respond to urgent, or emergency matters and our communication channels are not
monitored outside of our business hours.

Contract Of Sale
When you order services from us, the terms in force at the time of your order will apply as the contract of sale between you and us. This contract of sale begins to be formed between us when we issue an invoice. You shall only become the full owner of the service once we have received full payment for it.
