Meet your Therapist

Elaine is an Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) accredited
counsellor and psychotherapist who completed her Degree in IICP in Tallaght in 2020. She
has been working with clients for over five years and is currently completing a Diploma in
Adolescent Psychotherapy with the Greenane Centre in Co. Tipperary.
Elaine’s approach is Humanistic and Integrative and draws on the therapies that meet the
needs of the client. Elaine works to create a caring, creative and comfortable environment for
the client to explore their emotions freely and safely. Elaine has completed a Diploma in
Trauma Informed Psychotherapy and trusts that working creatively with clients can help them
to achieve their goals. Elaine believes that the body can hold onto trauma while the mind
forgets. She works on a range of issues including trauma, relational difficulties, bereavement
and loss, depression and anxiety. Elaine will offer adolescents a safe space to explore their
emotions and challenges while supporting the parents and guardians through the counselling
and psychotherapy process.
