Meet your Therapist

Karen is a trainee psychotherapist currently completing her training with PCI college. She
offers a safe, confidential and nonjudgemental space where you can explore whatever feels
important. Her approach is personcentred, meaning the work focuses on you, your
experiences and what matters in your world. She believes deeply in the power of being
heard, and trusts that when someone listens with warmth and presence real change
becomes possible.
Having experienced the positive impact of therapy in her own life Karen is passionate about
providing a welcoming and secure environment for her clients. Whether you’re facing
anxiety, low mood, life transitions or simply want space to reflect, Karen provides a
supportive environment where you can talk freely and be fully yourself.
