Meet your Therapist

Áine is a counsellor & psychotherapist who works with both individual clients and couples. She has been working with clients in-person and online for the last 4years and is currently in the process of becoming fully accredited.

Áine offers an integrative, humanistic approach to therapy, borrowing from multiple modalities depending on each individual client. She believes everyone has the innate capacity to explore and resolve the issues they face in life. Her role is to help guide the client towards finding their inner strength and understand their unique inner worlds.

An individual session with Áine costs €55 and a couples session costs €75.
