Meet your Therapist

Laura is a Child and Adolescent Play Therapist and a trainee Psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience supporting children and young people in educational and therapeutic settings. She has worked as a primary teacher since 2010 and brings a deep understanding of child development into her therapeutic practice.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education, a Certificate in Therapeutic Play Skills, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Play Therapy. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Creative Psychotherapy, working within a humanistic and integrative modality.
Laura is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and child-centred space where children and adolescents can explore their emotions at their own pace. Her approach is play-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in humanistic and integrative principles, supporting each child’s unique needs and strengths.
