Karen is an internationally accredited life coach and certified Pilates teacher who knows a thing or two about juggling life’s challenges—and occasionally dropping the ball (because, let's face it, we’ve all been there).
After years of putting everyone else first and burning herself out like a candle at both ends, Karen decided it was time for a change. Losing her husband to cancer was the wake-up call that shifted her from the world of finance to the world of wellness, spirituality, and figuring out that you really can’t pour from an empty cup (or a burnt-out candle).
Karen’s approach to life coaching is grounded in personal experience. She’s been through it all: self-doubt, fear of failure, and the constant need to be in control—she’s practically got a PhD in perfectionism. But through it all, she’s learned that the only way forward is to embrace self-care, laugh at your mistakes, and give yourself a little grace along the way.
Now, Karen's passion is to help others navigate their own challenges—whether it’s breaking free from negative thought patterns or learning to let go of that need to be perfect all the time. Her coaching style blends mindset work, physical wellness, and the occasional reminder that life doesn’t come with an instruction manual. Karen’s mission is to help clients rediscover their strength, let go of guilt, laugh a little more, and live a life that’s aligned with their true selves.
